The trial version gives you access to the authoring tools and server application of i-assess. It includes a database of 10 questions that you can modify as you please, but does not allow you to add or delete questions.

This trial version is zipped, with the zip file also conaining all documentation. To install the demonstration, unzip the file and double-click 'setup'.

i-assess attribute manager enables authors to add any number of attributes to questions. Adding these meta data to your questions provides a simple yet enormously powerful method of tagging your questions. This makes it easy to to:

• Categorise questions
• Search for questions
• Quality Assure questions
• Add notes to questions
• Create balanced question lists and exams (e.g. balance over syllabus areas and/or learning outcomes, etc.)
• Create item banks
• Add performance statistics to questions.

*This tool is only compatible with v1.0 of i-assess. v1.1 has its own version of Attribute manager, which is included in the above trial version.
